Welcome to meclient. By using our services, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language so you know exactly what to expect from us — and what we expect from you.
Service Description
meclient provides AI-powered receptionist services including automated call handling, appointment scheduling, and customer engagement. Our AI answers calls on your behalf, follows your business rules, and integrates with your existing workflows.
Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds are provided pro-rata for annual plans.
Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for our core services. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We're not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use meclient for lawful business purposes only. Prohibited uses include: harassment, spam, illegal activities, impersonation, or any use that violates telecommunications regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
SMS Messaging Program
Program name: meclient. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from the business you contacted, delivered through meclient, for the purposes described at meclient.com/sms — including missed-call replies, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, follow-ups, and, where applicable, referral offers. Message frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The AI provides assistance but is not a substitute for human judgment in critical situations.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Upon cancellation, your AI receptionist stops handling calls immediately. Your data remains accessible for 30 days, after which it's permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate our terms.
Dispute Resolution
We'll try to resolve disputes informally first. If that fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under AAA rules. Class actions are waived. This agreement is governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict of law provisions.

If you're using meclient on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing to these terms for that organization and confirming you have authority to do so.
